Did you know that government, at both the state and national levels, does NOT fully fund a basic education- let alone a high quality education? Ella Baker PTSA is a nonprofit group of parent volunteers that helps close that funding gap.
PTSA cares for Baker Bears by funding, organizing, &/or running many enriching opportunities for our students & community including:
clay art, field trips, 5th grade camp, assemblies, STEAM enrichment, author visit, math challenge, garden club, BBTV, yearbook, school photos
classroom supplies, library books, musical instruments, PE equipment, emergency prep supplies
before/after school classes- theatre, choir, band
community events- STEAM Night, Glow Dance, Night of Service, Carnival, Movie Night
staff appreciation, family assistance fund, and much more!
